TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLO AND ITS ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any engagement agreement you sign with KLO, constitute the entire agreement between you and KLO regarding the Site.
