Daniel Nedset, Attorney

For over 15 years Attorney Daniel C. Nedset has been successfully representing clients facing criminal and civil liability. Dan began his legal career practicing criminal and family law at a small firm in Sheboygan Wisconsin. That practice grew to include consumer bankruptcies, real estate, and landlord tenant practice areas.

In 2016 he shifted his focus to representing clients regarding their creditor and landlord rights, eventually expanding that practice to span the entire State of Wisconsin, as well as Northern and Central Illinois.

In 2020, he returned to one of his original areas of practice by joining the State’s largest criminal defense firm located in Brookfield Wisconsin. There he successfully represented a large number of criminal defendants throughout the State of Wisconsin.

In 2024 the opportunity to take his litigation talents to Konstantakis Law Office, where he took over the criminal practice areas for the office and continues his zealous representation of anyone who finds themselves facing criminal, OWI, or traffic-related offenses.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. As a lifelong resident of Wisconsin, he grew up a Packer and Brewers fan and continues to try to follow the teams when his daughters allow him the time to do so.
