About Me

Megan Neubauer, Attorney

Megan A. Neubauer is an attorney with a diverse legal background. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Carroll University, with a minor in Spanish. She then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she excelled, winning a CALI award in her Tenants’ Rights Clinic and gaining experience as a law clerk for Legal Services of Greater Miami and with Justice Rebecca Bradley on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court.

Megan was recognized as Runner-Up for Best Oralist in the International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and led the International Moot Court Team in her final year, competing in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

After passing the Wisconsin Bar Exam in 2024, Megan joined Konstantakis Law Office as an associate attorney, focusing on probate, trusts & estates, real estate, corporate law, and personal injury, applying her extensive education and experience to effectively assist her clients.
